Jumbo Falb Fee Coturnix Quail Hatching Eggs
The Falb Fee is one of those Coturnix quail that doesn’t need a lot of fancy words to make you appreciate it. They are simply a beautiful bird.
Falb Fee have the familiar pattern of the old-fashioned Pharaoh or wild-type Coturnix, but instead of the usual brown coloring, they are dressed in shades of black, gray, and white. I have always liked the natural look of Coturnix quail, and the Falb Fee takes that same simple pattern and gives it a completely different appearance.
My birds are being selected not only for that beautiful Falb Fee color, but also for jumbo size, health, good temperament, and fertility. I enjoy a good-looking bird, but I also want a bird that has some size and usefulness to it. That is what I like about these Jumbo Falb Fees.
Another nice thing about the Falb Fee is that they are feather sexable as they mature. Hens develop the spotted chest pattern while the males develop a cleaner, more solid chest, making it easier to sort your birds without having to vent sex them.
If you appreciate Coturnix for what they are—a simple, productive little bird—and want something a little different without losing that traditional quail look, the Jumbo Falb Fee is a hard one not to like.
Hatching eggs are collected from our breeding flock here at Double L Quail Farm in Tennessee.

Selected with health, temperament, fertility, and good genetics in mind
Sometimes the simplest birds are the prettiest ones.
